"I have been a customer of State Farm now for about two years. My journey with them began when I received a phone call from Kaleb Pritchard asking me if I wanted to consider a quote on my auto insurance premium. I had only been driving for about a year at this point since I am an urban area resident. Kaleb was one of many people that called me asking for my consideration in having insurance through their company. I always took it all with a grain of salt since typically their rate would be higher than what I was paying. But Kaleb and his company were very calm, laid back, not pushy, and frankly, inviting. Not only did the quote by state farm beat out all the competition but it was very clearly explained to me. I had never had so much peace of mind in having my insurance rate quoted. Kaleb was always very receptive to my questions and he was very good about communication and always calling me back to get any question I had answered. I enjoyed being able to count on Kaleb for anything related to my auto insurance. My car is an old car and I just want basic insurance to drive legally in the state of Florida. I live in South Florida which is terrible when it comes to drivers and accidents. Having my insurance agent up north in Pensacola is a blessing because they understand how frustrating it is living down here with traffic, most of them moved up to get away from all this. Anyway I called for my policy renewal this October 2026 and Kaleb has moved on to bigger and better things, he will be missed but they have this new agent, Angela. Angela was just as receptive and patient more than anything with my multitude of questions. She assisted me in answering my doubts concerning my next six months with State Farm and guided me adequately towards making a decision I can live with and sleep well at night knowing my best insurance rate is locked in with my friends in Pensacola. I hope I never have to use my insurance coverage to file a claim but I can rest easy knowing there will always be a helpful voice on the phone to help navigate any troubled waters. I would recommend to anyone to call this insurance agency. I thought I could never afford State Farm because it is one of the best and look I have been with them for years now. In fact, it turns out they are cheaper than the other lesser known companies I thought I was getting a deal from - kemper, infinity, american direct, etc. Give them a call if you can, you will not regret it. "Very poor communication they merged my two policies together to make it easier on themselves without my consent which caused my bill to go up when I try to address it they told me oh well I’ve been with them for years. I always pay my bills early. I’ve never had a claim and I have zero communication from them whatsoever. Furthermore, I have to drive safe app on my phone and my bill is never gone down and four years so that’s a lie. That they advertise When asked to speak to a manager of supervisor, I get the runaround I will definitely be looking for another insurance company"
